Retirement Security Program for General Agencies (RSP)

The Retirement Security Program for General Agencies (RSP) was a retirement program providing lifetime income and account flexibility designed for those serve The United Methodist Church as general agency staff. The plan was designed to provide participants with one piece of their overall retirement portfolio.

RSP was replaced with the Retirement Plan for General Agencies (RPGA), effective January 1, 2010.

DAC/CAC is Available for 2012
Denominational Average Compensation (DAC) and the Conference Average Compensations (CAC) for 2012. You may also access the 2010/2011 DAC and CAC.
