Project Equality is the premier organization uniting individuals, religious, non-profit and corporate partners to lead the transformation of the work force to true inclusiveness. Its core program is a Buyer's Guide, which lists organizations whose employment patterns reflect a strong commitment to diversity and fairness. Project Equality also conducts diversity training and consults with employers on their hiring, development and retention policies. The General Board is a proud partner.
