Barbara A. Boigegrain, general secretary of the General Board of Pension and Health Benefits (General Board), was elected as chairperson of the Church Benefits Association (CBA) Board of Directors for a term beginning in 2007, it was announced today. Barbara has served as the vice-chairperson  of the CBA since 2006 and becomes the first woman to chair the group. Sarah Hirsen, general counsel to the General Board, was also installed as secretary to the board.
