Center for Health Awareness Tool

The Center for Health Awareness Tool (CHAT) is an online application designed to gather aggregate health plan and wellness program data including, but not limited to:

2010 CHAT Dashboard Now Available

  • plan eligibility,
  • benefit designs,
  • premiums,
  • aggregate claims experience,
  • condition prevalence and
  • wellness offerings.

The information collected will be shared at the plan sponsor and denominational levels to identify health issues and design wellness activities. It also will be used within plan sponsor groups to compare health plans and wellness programs, and to foster collaboration between plan sponsors to improve the health of Church workers.

2010 CHAT Data

The Center for Health thanks the plan sponsors who participated in CHAT in 2010. Reporting and data exporting is now available to those participating plan sponsors through CHAT.

The CHAT dashboard, a high-level statistical summary of CHAT results, is available. The dashboard presents key findings and statistics, some year-over-year comparisons, as well as denominational averages and benchmarks. All plan sponsors may view the 2010 CHAT Dashboard here.

The CHAT dashboard is based on plan sponsor participation of 79% for 2010.

2011 CHAT Data

The 2011 CHAT data and plan sponsor reports will be available for viewing and exporting by the end of August. The 2011 CHAT dashboard will be updated and available later this year.
