When do I log into the HealthFlex vendor Web site (i.e. BCBS, UHC, Medco) versus navigate within my WebMD Personal Health Manager?

The WebMD Personal Health Manager provides you with links to the different Vendor websites, as well as links to compare plans available to you, estimate your costs, find doctors and specialists, and view your benefits and demographic information.

The vendor websites will enable you to view your personal claims history for that particular vendor via a secured personalized web page.

Visit www.bcbsil.com. You will need the Identification Number located on your Id card to register. You will create your own User Name and Password.

Visit www.medcohealth.com. You will need the Identification Number located on your Identification card - without the first alpha characters - to register. For example, if your Id card shows "GBH000123456," you should register with just "000123456." Or if your Identification card shows "000000123456," you can register with just "000123456." You will create your own User Name and Password.
